  • How to start using your Tāh container?
    Ready to go in a few simple steps: Step 1: Fill your container with your favorite product—cream, lotion, serum, or mist. Step 2: Secure the lid or pump top tightly. Step 3: Prime the pump by pressing a few times until the product dispenses. That’s it—smooth, airless, and ready for your next journey.
  • How to clean and reuse your Tāh containers?
    Made to be refilled, again and again. Here's how to keep them fresh: 1. Rinse + Pump After finishing your product, fill the container with warm soapy water and pump a few times to flush the mechanism. 2. Rinse Again Repeat with clean water until fully clear. You can also use diluted vinegar or rubbing alcohol for a deeper clean. 3. Air Dry Let all parts dry completely before refilling. 4. Refill & Go Once dry, refill with your skincare or essentials, reattach the pump or spray, and you’re ready for your next adventure. No waste. No mess. Just clean, conscious travel.
  • What materials are used?
    Tāh containers are made from high-quality acrylic—durable, lightweight, and beautifully clear. They're BPA-free, refillable, and designed to last, making them a conscious alternative to single-use packaging. Every order is packed with care using 100% recycled and recyclable materials—no plastic fillers, no excess.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
    We process orders quickly, so unfortunately, once your order is placed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it. However, if you need assistance, contact our customer service team immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns for both faulty products and change of mind (under certain conditions). For change of mind returns, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receiving your order.   • What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
    We’re sorry for any inconvenience! If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@thetahshop.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll take care of the issue by offering a repair, replacement, or refund.
